How to purchase a Course or Subscription

Select the desired course, click “Add to Cart,” and you will be transferred to the cart.

You must “login” or create a “new account.” 

Click “Checkout,” and you will be transferred to the checkout page.

If you do not remember your password, click “Lost Password” to reset it. The email address and password you select will be necessary for logging in to your Neuro Challenge Network account. You are advised to enter an email address to which you will have continuous access. If you do not receive the reset email, please check your spam/junk folder.

 

Enter coupon code if applicable. Click “Pay with PayPal” or “Check,” depending on your payment method and enter your payment information. Orders can be placed even without a PayPal account. After placing the order, return to “My Course Dashboard” to access your course(s) online.

How to purchase, take and complete a course

Step 1: Purchase Course Select desired course, click “Add to Cart,” you will be transferred to

the cart.

 

Enter coupon code if applicable. Click “Proceed to Checkout,” and you will be transferred to the

checkout page.

 

Returning customers, click “Login” at the top of the page. Enter your Username or email and

Password. If you do not remember your password, click “Lost Password” to reset it.

 

New customers, Fill out Billing Details. The email address and password you select will be

necessary for logging in to your Neuro Challenge Network account. You are advised to enter an email

address to which you will have continuous access.

 

Click “Place Order” and enter your payment information through PayPal. Orders can be placed

even without a PayPal account. After placing the order, you will receive a confirmation email with

further details on how to access your course(s) online.

 

Option Two: Email

After order completion, check your inbox for an email from Neuro Challenge Network with the subject

line: “Your Neuro Challenge Network order from [ Date of Order ] is complete.” Click the course title

found under “Download” within the email.

How to take a course after I purchased it?

After completing your purchase, just login to your profile page and from your account page you’ll see the courses tab, which will take you to our learning portal where you can complete your courses.

How to Access a Course

Click “My Account” located in the footer.
Click on Courses in the left-hand column.

Click the headline of the course you are taking

the exam for.

You will be transferred to the Course page. Click on the Course Exam found under “Modules.”

Click “View the Lesson Exam.”

Take exam. Click “Complete Exam” when finished. Your course will automatically be graded.

Falied the Test Now What?

Click the “You Failed! Click here to retake the test NOW” button at the top of the page. To retake the exam.

We believe in enjoying while learning, not stressing over a test. Then you can try again, as many times as you need to. That way, you can relax, learn, and have peace of mind while you study.

 

How to fill out an evaluation

Note: The evaluation form MUST be completed before CEUs are sent to CE Broker.

Where can I access my certificates?

Upon completion of a course, you’ll be able to access the certificate in the learning portal.

I’ve forgotten my username or password or email address. What do I do?

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can click “Reset password” from the login page to receive an email with a new temporary password. 

If you forgot your email address, please contact us. One of our friendly and knowledgeable representatives will simply ask you to verify some information for your security and then help with your login information.

What if I share an email address with another Neuro Challenge Network User?

Unfortunately, the system can only recognize one person per email address. To register for a Neuro Challenge Network account, each user must have his or her own individual email address.

How long do I have to complete my purchased courses?

One year from purchase date.

Do your courses apply in my state?

How do I check my compliance in my CE Broker account?

You can check your compliance status in your CE Broker account anytime.

Simply log into your CE Broker account, and you will be directed to your user dashboard.

At the top of your user dashboard, you will see the words “Complete” or “Incomplete,” indicating whether or not you have completed and reported all of your renewal requirements for the current renewal cycle.

Do you report my courses to CE Broker for me?

Yes!  As required, we report completions every two weeks to CE Broker.

Can I take the same courses that I took for my last license renewal?

Yes!  You can retake a course that you previously completed as long as it was not completed during the current license renewal period.

Do your courses have any videos?

Yes! All Neuro Challenge Network courses include videos.

How many times can I take a course test?

You can take a test as many times as you need to obtain the required 80% passing score.

Is this website secure?

Yes, we are very serious about ensuring the privacy of your personal information.  If you have any concerns about the security of Neuro Challenge Network, please reach out directly to us to discuss the concern in more detail.

What if I have a complaint or a grievance?

If a participant or potential participant would like to express concern about his/her experience with Neuro Challenge Network, he/she may e-mail XXXXXX. You will receive a personal response within one week. Although we do not guarantee a particular outcome, we will do everything we can to ensure that the student’s complaint is heard and resolved. Possible outcomes include a full or partial refund or credit for future courses.
